My goals were to strengthen my body following disc problems, and also to gain gain strength/tone up following the births of my 3 lovely girls. Christina has really motivated me and I feel comfortable in the gym – I now enjoy going to circuits classes too. I’ve been really impressed with the personal training approach because I can work within my limitations (I can’t extend one arm following an accident) but yet achieve gains I didn’t know were possible.
